The protection of business processes and information is a central task of the partner companies in the automotive industry. The increasing globalization of companies means additional requirements. Networking business processes across company boundaries requires a comparable level of protection for all parties involved.

On 23.08.2017 we successfully passed an evaluation of the information security. It has been shown that the following standards are fully implemented by Hermesmeyer & Greweling GmbH & Co. KG:

• information security assessment in the automotive industry (Information SecurityAssessment) on the basis of the defined test questions from the standard ISO27002: 2013,
• Volkswagen IT security management guidelines for partner companies
• Authentication and Encryption Guide for partner companies

As a partner company of Volkswagen, we have received the release type: Release for Confidential Information, which is valid until 30.08.2020.
