Design takes place at our location on Catia V5 / Siemens NX terminals that are installed on HP workstations. In the 2D-area we also use AutoCad-2008 LT.

The software provides us with all the convenient features so that we can basically meet all customer requirements, such as:

• 3D product design with provision of data and drawings to the customer
• Tool design according to our experience or specifications of customers (cutting surfaces, draw dies, ...)
• Product changes, e.g. overbends on forming tools
• Preparation of 2-D drawings

Due to challenges that are constantly evolving, and their ever more complex technical requirements, one can exist only with innovative production concepts.

Our qualified and dedicated CAD / CAM team is constantly striving to meet these demands. In order to implement this challenging task, a concept of clearly defined processes and expertise data management is required in addition to high-performance CAD / CAM systems.

Since the ideal machining process starts with the design, our design department plays an important role. If necessary it creates milling data optimized for machining in consultation with the client. This is crucial for the production time, quality and ultimately the cost. These interrelated factors are essential in a closed process chain.
