Starting from 1 September 2017, 6 junior staff will start their dual training as a machining mechanic in the field of milling technology. This year, we are welcome to welcome a trainee for the first time, which makes us very happy as a company, since we have been targeting girls for a number of years through internships and the Girls`Day.

The training includes not only the turning, milling, drilling and grinding of components, but also the training of increasingly demanding programming techniques.

Thanks to the very high level of our training and the intensive support from the two instructors, Mr. Rolf and Mr. Dangberg, we can offer an important contribution to securing the skilled workforce both in our own company and in the general qualification of young people in the region.
