Over the course of our modernisation measures, our 2nd Vertamill 235 line machine is in operation again after general overhaul.

As with the 1st machine, the scope of all conversion measures includes the complete drive and guide technology.

In this case, the guides were also partially restored, all drives and all ball screws were replaced or overhauled, and all drive motors were rewound and balanced. The fine tuning was monitored using laser measuring devices, and the complete hydraulic system was restored erneuert.
