In order to increase process safety further, we have invested in 2 new primary tool calibration devices from DMG. The calibration range of these devices is up to 420 mm x 465 mm (diameter x length) and is therefore suitable for all types of rotating tools. Measurement precision is +/-0.002 mm!

This type of device features automatic detection of the necessary measurement process based on integrated contour evaluation. The data recorded in this case is then able to be transferred via the network directly to the corresponding machine. This processes contributes to avoiding possible incorrect manual input.
