In the age of digitalization this technology is also being used increasingly in CAD / CAM programming. With the introduction of Tebis module "simulator" we have digitalized 7 of our machines including all of their kinematic capabilities. The Tebis simulator can access this virtual machine, and in combination with the workpiece to be machined, display an exact visual and collision tested production process.

This technology is a milestone in order processing and process safety, and absolutely essential, especially with respect to automated manufacturing. Using the simulator results in collision-free workflow, prevents costly damage to machinery, produces high-quality and flawless workpieces and provides transparency of costs, all which we can pass on to our customers.
