Based on the results, and due to continuous changes in the technology, it became clear that our machine capacity no longer met the production requirements of high-strength and lightweight bodywork structure parts or production with hot forming dies.

We saw this as an opportunity to reinvest in our own machinery and went ahead with the purchase of a Grob G350 and a Deckel DMC 200FD.

The sharp rise in demand for compact molded parts and segments, which must comply with the highest standards, made this particular investment mandatory.

Since we have specialized for several years in the production of segments for this application we want to maintain continuity in this field by making this selection.

Use of TEBIS CAD/CAM has become more efficient through the integrated data management system Proleis 3 !

By implementing the Proleis 3 data management system into the new Tebis Version 3.5 our long-standing partner the TEBIS AG has broadened the application of the software and also made it more comfortable to use.

The projects now displayed on the Tebis user interface, including all of the associated production data and documentation, enable fast and safe handling of all production-related information.

All licenses for the use of TEBIS- 3D / 2.5D / 5-axis & Viewer are so-called "floating" which means that all user licenses are stored on our central server.

If needed the necessary CAD/CAM-Module can be executed from any existing CAD workstation in our company on which the TEBIS software is installed.

This flexible use of the CAD-CAM-application facilitates ideal coordination and monitoring of production processes starting with the preparation of work, followed by programming and the final inspection of the product.
