Operators of cutting machines specializing in milling technology are experts in creating precise pieces.
This is a component that can be used in many different technical products. You use innovative tools to set up milling machines and optimize CNC programs to achieve perfect results. You are responsible for every detail of the process, from preparing components and setting up the necessary tools for production to checking the quality of dimensions, surfaces, and drill holes. If there's a problem, you figure out what's causing it and solve it. Also, cutting machine operators are responsible for important maintenance and inspection tasks. This helps to ensure that the machines are reliable.

Training content:
- General technical fundamentals
- Manual and machine-based processing of workpieces
- Basic IT skills as part of in-house training
- Design and creation of component drawings using CAD
- Basic and advanced training on the Heidenhain simulation workstation
- Introduction to CNC milling machines and their technical and specific capabilities
- Quality assurance
- Occupational safety and environmental protection
